WHAT'S YOUR WHY?
I teach because movement gave me back confidence, strength, and joy. From my first class at YYC Cycle, I felt the power of a community that welcomed me exactly as I was, and I wanted to create that same space for others. My why is to cheer people on, create a space where they feel safe to just try, remind them of their strength, and share how much joy there is to be found in movement…pour la force, la joie, et la communauté.
FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO
First and foremost, I love learning! Outside the studio, I'm a student, I love swimming, outdoor cycling, running, discovering new music, hanging with my dog, and playing curling!
