WHAT'S YOUR WHY?
I teach because movement has given me back confidence, strength, and joy. From the moment I first walked into the studio, I felt the power of a community that welcomes you exactly as you are, and I want to create that same space for others. My why is to cheer people on, remind them of their own strength, and help them discover just how much joy there is in moving their bodies.
